We operation 08:00 until 16:30 Monday to Friday. Weekends and Public Holidays at my discretion with decisions usually based on the weather!

Ordering

If a standard pickup model is required, please contact your nearest Brierley Guitar Pickups Dealer to see if in stock. If not in stock, you can order from the Dealer or contact Mick at Brierley Guitar Pickups directly.

If you have a Custom pickup requirement, please contact Brierley Guitar pickups directly.

Shipping & Packaging

All pickup costs on website are quoted WITHOUT shipping & packing costs being included. Shipping costs are:

• Australia: Registered & insured postage to anywhere in Australia = starts at $16.95 dependant on weight.
• Overseas: Please contact Mick at Brierley Guitar Pickups for a quote.
  Overseas buyers please note: The buyer is wholly responsible for any type of import duties or customs fees.

Warranty

2 years warranty from date of purchase to original purchaser. 3 year warranty if installed by AUTHORISED INSTALLER (see Dealers & Installation page). Covers everything except accidental or deliberate user damage.

Returns Policy

From receipt of pickups you have 30 calendar days to decide if you are happy with them. If you are not happy, then return for refund or for replacement. Registered postage at client's cost for return.
